The company already had a digital recommendation process. However, it lacked gamification and individual communication and led to low employee participation. Reaching the workforce digitally was a major challenge, as the vast majority are non-desk employees. Many of the tradespeople do not have their own email address and additional mobile apps have met with very little response. Bachner received a recommendation for Sprad.
