Is free really free?
Yes. The CRM, the career site, the Talent Network and unlimited roles cost nothing, for as long as you like. You get 100 credits every month on top, 200 in your first. Searches, screening and interviews run on those credits.
Monthly or quarterly — what is the difference?
It is the choice you make when you have no membership yet. Quarterly moves your credit package one rung down the ladder, so the same credits cost 10 to 20 percent less instead of 5 to 15. You pay three months up front and can stop at the end of any quarter. With a membership the question disappears: your credit price is already lower than any package rate and the fee runs yearly.
How are seats, memberships and credit packages billed?
Seats, memberships and the screening flat rate are billed once a year; seat prices are shown per month. Credit packages are billed every month.
Do the membership discount and the plan discount add up?
No, and that is on purpose. Your account has exactly one credit price: the best one you qualify for. It applies to your monthly plan, to your starting credits and to every top-up in between. Nothing to calculate, nothing to combine.
What happens when credits run out?
Nothing breaks. Your data and your pipeline stay fully usable. You top up at your account's credit price whenever you want AI to keep working.
Do you charge per seat?
Only for the people who source. Invite your whole team, every hiring manager, every interviewer for free — a Recruiter Lite seat or Atlas Recruiter is for the recruiters who search and reach out every day.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Yes. For custom volumes, procurement requirements and dedicated support, talk to us and we will build the right agreement. The discount never goes beyond 30 percent, so there is nothing to haggle over — only the volume.
