As an international company, it was a major challenge to run a central referral program and keep track of all applications, hires and rewards, but with Sprad, this process was automated and optimized.
All employees were individually approached with relevant jobs and positions were easily shared. Thanks to the direct processing with points & rewards, success quickly spread throughout the company.
