The company was in a difficult situation. It was using a competitor's digital referral tool, which offered a digital process but generated little employee engagement, and the company was facing recruitment challenges, particularly when filling IT roles and evergreen positions.
400+ employees registered in the first few weeks
The company opted for Sprad and started with a successful pilot project, which was eventually extended to the entire company. The process is fully automated. New employees were automatically invited to Sprad and former employees were archived accordingly, and with the support of the Sprad Customer Success Team, one in five employees was signed up within a short space of time.
