Anti-Spam Policy

Sprad Software GmbH operates the website sprad.io and the mail domains we use for our own business correspondence. This policy states how we handle outbound email and how we deal with unsolicited messages. It is binding on every Sprad employee, contractor and partner. Last updated: 20 August 2026.

1. No unsolicited bulk email. Sprad Software GmbH does not send, and does not authorise anyone to send, unsolicited bulk email to advertise sprad.io, any Sprad mail domain or any other Sprad web property.

2. Only Sprad employees may send. Only Sprad employees, using named company mailboxes, send business email on behalf of Sprad. No affiliate, reseller, partner, agency or third-party mailer is authorised to send email advertising Sprad, and nobody outside the company is authorised to send mail using a Sprad domain. This is enforced technically: every Sprad sending domain publishes SPF with a hard fail (-all) and DMARC with p=reject.

3. No purchased or scraped lists. We do not purchase, rent, harvest or scrape email addresses, and we do not use purchased or third-party mailing lists. Business contact data is obtained only from licensed B2B data providers or from people who provided their address to us directly.

4. Every message identifies us and offers an opt-out. Every commercial message we send identifies Sprad Software GmbH by name, states our postal address and company register number, uses a genuine reply-to address that a person monitors, and offers a working one-click opt-out: List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers plus a visible opt-out link in the message body.

5. Opt-out is immediate and permanent. Opt-out is unconditional, free of charge, immediate and permanent. A request to stop — whether by using the opt-out link or by replying in any wording, in any language — is recorded as an irreversible suppression in our systems and prevents any further message to that address. We do not ask for a reason, we do not require a particular phrase, and we do not send opt-out confirmation marketing.

6. Bounces, complaints and role addresses. Hard bounces, spam complaints, and role, abuse and postmaster addresses are suppressed automatically and permanently.

7. We cooperate with abuse desks. We honour requests from recipients, mailbox providers, blocklist operators and abuse desks. While a complaint about one of our domains is open, we suspend outbound sending from that domain.

8. Reporting abuse. If you believe you received a message from us that breaches this policy, write to mail[@]sprad.io. We respond to reports concerning Sprad mail within two business days.

9. Enforcement. A breach of this policy by an employee is a disciplinary matter. A breach by a contractor or partner terminates the engagement.
