Why agencies switch

Stop renting your reach.
Own it.

Every year the big platforms charge more per seat, and the day you cancel, your pipeline is gone. Sprad turns your network into a source of candidates that belongs to you.

1

Your pool stays yours

Cancel LinkedIn Recruiter and everything you built there is gone. In Sprad every candidate, every conversation and every interview stays with you, even if you cancel us. A source no competitor can buy.

2

One tool instead of six

Requirement search across 1B+ profiles, ATS, outreach, voice pre-qualifying and your talent pool in one place. No Boolean strings, no copying between tools, no six invoices.

3

200 credits free every month, no credit card. Then 59 € per recruiter plus what you actually use. Rejected profiles cost nothing.

The problem

New agency software tidies up your database.
It does not find who is missing.

Cost per head

Six tools, six invoices.

ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, a sourcing tool, contact data, a mail tool, a notetaker. Every one bills per recruiter, and AI often comes on top as an add-on.

Your pool after 3 years

Your pool goes stale every day.

People change jobs, skills and salaries. No ATS keeps profiles current by itself. After a few years much of it is wrong, however tidy it looks.

Per mandate

Your ATS only knows who you already have.

New candidates are found in other tools, with Boolean strings and title filters, then carried back by hand. The best person is often called something else.

How a mandate runs

Five steps. One place.

From the brief to a shortlist your client trusts, and a pool that is still worth something next year.

  1. Sourcing1

    Find

One search across 1B+ public profiles and your own pool, by requirement, not by job title.

    Reach out

Connection request, first message and follow-ups in your tone. Nothing goes out without your approval.

    Keep

Everyone lands in your talent base. Candidates opt in and can update their own profile, so the next mandate starts warm.

1Why · Reach

We find what the others miss.

Three hard-to-fill roles, four sourcing tools and Atlas, identical prompt. Each system's own hits do not count. The fair question: of the people the others found, how many did you find too?

Three real roles in three markets, 15 August 2026. Every system that takes free text got the word-for-word identical prompt; for LinkedIn Sales Navigator the same criteria were translated into filters. Agency ATS like Spott or Bullhorn are not in the test because they do not search outside their own database.

2Why · The whole chain

One platform, from sourcing to talent pool.

New agency ATS/CRMs like Spott, Recruit CRM & co. tidy up the database you already have. Finding and qualifying the person who is missing from it happens somewhere else. Here is how far each route runs.

3Why · Your talent pool

A current talent pool is your biggest asset.

Ten years of XING contacts, a Bullhorn export, a spreadsheet — Sprad imports them for free. What makes them worth something is what happens next: your own, unique data no competitor can buy, current because candidates opt in and update their own profile.

  • One source of truthEvery message, interview and note on a person in one place, not spread over six tools.
  • Candidates stay in controlCandidates opt in, can update their profile and decide what your client may see.
  • Found again next timeEvery past candidate is searched with each new mandate, next to 1B+ public profiles.
  • Stays yoursYour talent base belongs to you, even if you cancel Sprad.

What agencies ask.

Do we have to replace our ATS?

No. Many agencies start with search, outreach and pre-qualifying and keep their ATS for clients and invoicing. The Sprad ATS and your talent pool are included in the seat, so smaller teams often run everything in Sprad.

How is Sprad different from Spott?

Spott is an AI-native ATS and CRM. It organises the candidates you already have. Sprad also searches for the ones you do not have yet, across every platform, and keeps each profile current through the candidate. You can use both.

What does it cost?

59 € per recruiter and month for the ATS and your talent pool. Searches, outreach and interviews run on credits: a profile that passes the check costs 2 credits, a credit costs 6 to 8 cents depending on the package. Rejected profiles cost nothing, and you get 200 credits free every month.

Who owns the candidate data?

You do. Your talent base stays with you even if you cancel. Candidates decide what they share, which keeps you on the right side of GDPR and gets more replies.

Does outreach run through our LinkedIn accounts?

No. Outreach runs on Sprad's own verified stack. Your team's accounts stay untouched.

When does the client CRM come?

It is in beta now. Join the beta and you get it first, at no extra cost while it is in beta.
