Your LinkedIn network
Connected to Atlas
Your best candidate is
the one you already know.
Applications, rejected finalists, imports, sourcing finds and your team's networks in one Talent Network. Everyone in it can get a free job & career agent, so profiles stay current and, with consent, nobody has to be deleted.
Recruiting has two
expensive habits.
You rent reach, forever.
Every role starts at zero. You pay the job boards again and again, often for people who already applied to you once. When the subscription ends, so does the relationship.
You forget the people you already met.
Last year's finalist, the applicant you liked but had no role for, the engineer your colleague knows. They sit in old CVs, inboxes and spreadsheets, and the next role starts from scratch anyway.
keep the people you already know.
One Talent Network.
Everyone you know in it.
Eight ways in, one profile per person. Consent built in, GDPR by design.
and everyone who ever applied
One list for everyone: who is connected to Atlas, warm, contacted or cold, and where they came from.
Every way in ends in one network.
Import CVs or a spreadsheet, add someone by hand, or share an invite link people use to sign up themselves, with consent.
Profiles stay current.
Invited people get a free job & career agent and keep their profile up to date themselves. On paid plans, Atlas also refreshes invited profiles twice a year.
Ask it like a colleague.
Plain language in, people you already know out, ranked against the requirement instead of keywords.

Ask your network first.
Before you buy reach, ask who you already know. Describe the role in plain language or type a name. Atlas reads the requirement, not just the keywords. If a colleague knows the person, ask them for an introduction right from the result. And when your network runs dry, the Sourcing Agent takes the same search to more than a billion public profiles.
It starts with a question, not a filter mask.
Every pool rots.
This network stays current.
Three reasons classic pools die, and the one change that stops it.
Data goes stale.
Around 65% of CRM data ages out every year. People change jobs, numbers, cities. Your pool never notices.
Nobody maintains it.
Recruiters are hired to fill roles, not to garden a database. So yesterday's applicants become tombstones.
Deletion deadlines run out.
Without consent, applicant data has to go a few months after the process ends. The stricter the enforcement, the faster classic pools empty.
It works for the
people in it.
Nobody maintains a database for an employer. Everybody maintains a profile that helps their own career.
Matching jobs instead of endless searching, an optimised CV, salary insight for their skills and career coaching. People keep their profile current because it pays off for them.
People connected to Atlas can share that they are actively looking or open to offers. You see it in your list and can call first.
Two ways to stay current: live for people connected to Atlas, twice a year via LinkedIn on paid plans.
Their profile. Your network.
The Talent Network is yours. People connected to Atlas keep their own profile and decide what they share with you. That is why they keep it current, and why consent lives inside an active relationship instead of running out with a deletion deadline.
Every product feeds
the same network.
Each module adds people and context to the same profiles, so every search gets better.
Every application is checked against your requirements, with quotes as evidence.
Screening → SourcingEvery good find goes into the network with one click, instead of renting a list once.
Sourcing → ReferralsYour team's network arrives with the referrer's judgment attached.
Referrals → DevelopmentYour own employees are part of the network, with their skills.
Development →A network you keep compounds.

Why this network doesn't rot.
| Classic CRMs & pools | Atlas Talent Network | |
|---|---|---|
| Data freshness | Goes stale, nobody updates it | Connected people keep their own profile current |
| Consent | Deletion deadline runs out, reminder emails | Via invitation, no deletion deadline |
| Job-change signal | None, you find out on LinkedIn | Actively looking, shared by the people themselves |
| Ways in | Manual entry, one export at a time | Applications, rejections, imports, join link, team networks |
| Reach | Rented per role, gone when the slot expires | Yours, plus 1B+ public profiles via the Sourcing Agent |
| Cost | Per seat, per year | Free core, credits only when AI does work |
The Talent Network is free.
Not a trial, not a teaser. The list, the board, the join link, invitations and your whole team on it cost nothing, for as long as you like. You pay with credits only when AI does real work for you: a screening, an interview, a sourcing run.
Questions, answered.
What is the Talent Network?
Your company's shared base of people: applicants, people you found and saved, imported contacts and your team's networks. Admins and recruiters can see and search it. One list, one board across all roles, and a saved view of who from the past deserves a second look.
Is it really free?
The core is free with no time limit: the list, the board, the join link, invitations and imports with recognised columns. You spend credits only when Atlas does AI work for you, for example screening applicants, running an interview or a sourcing run.
How do people get in?
Applications land there on their own. When you reject someone, you can invite them to stay in touch, and admins can switch this on automatically. You can also import CSV or Excel files, CVs or a LinkedIn Recruiter project export, add people from any search, upload your LinkedIn connections and share a join link or QR code for your career site, fairs and email signatures.
What is the job & career agent?
A free agent from Atlas for the people in your network. It shows them matching jobs, keeps their data so they never have to retype it, improves their CV, shows salary insight for their skills and coaches their career. They keep their profile current because it helps them, and you see what they choose to share.
How does the network stay current?
People connected to Atlas update their own profile, live. On paid plans, Atlas also refreshes invited profiles twice a year, through a connected LinkedIn account or from the web. People who share that they are actively looking or open to offers show up in your list.
Is it GDPR compliant, and what about deletion deadlines?
By default, data is anonymised six months after a process ends; you can set the period per company. Anyone who accepts your invitation gives consent, and then there is no deletion deadline. People can decline or revoke at any time, and nobody who revoked or unsubscribed is invited again. Hosting is in the EU.
Can my team's contacts help?
Yes. Everyone can upload their LinkedIn connections and share them with the team or keep them private. When a search finds someone a colleague knows, you can ask that colleague for an introduction. The request goes out only after approval.
Can I connect my own AI?
Yes. Through MCP, Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent can search your Talent Network in plain language.
