Atlas — AI agent for HR & managers

The HR work you keep putting off. Already done.

Atlas reads across your whole stack, drafts the reviews, chases the loose ends and runs the routines — so your team leads instead of catches up.

01

Hired today.
Working tonight.

Three steps from your tool stack to a quieter HR week — no migration, no implementation project, no engineering ticket.

02

It sees the risk
before you do.

Atlas reads across all your people data and flags attrition, burnout and rating bias weeks before a human would — with the evidence and a confidence score attached.

03

It doesn't advise.
It ships the work.

Atlas writes the review, sends the rejections and runs the routine on schedule — the work arrives done, and you spend your time editing instead of starting.

04

Every manager,
your best manager.

Agendas, drafts and nudges arrive with the full context — so good management becomes the standard across the company, not the exception in one team.

05

It works in the tools
you already use.

Slack, your HRIS, your ATS, your calendar — Atlas docks in and acts where the work already happens, so nothing has to move and nobody has to learn a new tab.

Control

You decide
what it may do.

Nothing reaches an employee before you approve it — until you decide a routine has earned the right to run alone. The rules are yours, in plain language, and reversible per routine.

Hosted in Europe ISO-certified hosting. Your data never leaves the EU.
GDPR and the EU AI Act Documentation your DPO and works council can genuinely review.
Never used to train models Your people data runs your processes and nothing else.

Questions, answered.

Does Atlas act on its own?

By default it prepares the work and waits. Everything lands as a draft with the reasoning attached, and nothing reaches an employee until a human approves it. Once a routine has proven itself, you can let that one run alone — per routine, and reversible.

Can we tell it what it is not allowed to do?

Yes, in plain language. Every routine has a field for the instructions Atlas has to follow, including the topics it must stay away from — on top of the company-wide switch and the approval gate.

Will it connect to the systems we already run?

Atlas docks onto your HR system, calendar, Slack or Teams and your document sources. Your system of record stays where it is. Nothing is replaced and there is no migration project.

What happens to our data?

It stays hosted in the EU on ISO-certified hosting, under GDPR and built for the EU AI Act, and it is never used to train models. Every signal names the data points behind it, so a decision can be traced instead of trusted.

Put Atlas to work.

Thirty minutes, your own processes, and an honest answer about what it would take off your team.
