Vincere pricing 2026: plans, add-ons and real cost per recruiter

September 30, 2026
By Jürgen Ulbrich

Vincere's published pricing starts at £69 (about €80) per recruiter per month for the Core CRM & ATS licence, but AI and automation features sit in a separate "Smart Pack" priced per agency rather than per seat, starting at £25/month (about €29) — bringing the real minimum to roughly £94/month (about €109) for a single recruiter, according to Vincere's own pricing page, current as of September 2026. The product itself was rebranded to "Access Vincere Evo" earlier in 2026, so older reviews and search results may still say "Vincere."

Vincere's plans, in full

Vincere splits its price into two separate purchases: a per-seat CRM/ATS licence, and an agency-wide Smart Pack for AI and automation. Both are billed monthly, and reporting suggests a 12-month minimum term applies to new contracts.

ComponentPriceBilledWhat's included
Core CRM & ATS Licence£69/user/mo (~€80)per seatATS, core CRM, candidate/client pipelines
Smart Pack Base£25/mo (~€29)per agencyEntry-level automation and AI features
Smart Pack Standard£69–149/mo (~€80–173)per agencyEnhanced automation, advanced analytics
Smart Pack Elite£349/mo (~€405)per agencyAll automation features, dedicated support

The detail that catches most buyers off guard: the Smart Pack is priced per agency, not per seat. A 2-recruiter agency and a 40-recruiter agency pay the same £25–349 a month for automation on top of their licences — which means a small agency carries a proportionally much heavier AI surcharge than a large one. Vincere doesn't publish a free trial or a seat minimum; access runs through a sales conversation.

What the plan price doesn't cover

  • The Smart Pack is not optional in practice. Without it, Vincere is a licence for a CRM and pipeline tool with no automation and no AI matching at all — most of what buyers compare Vincere against (Loxo, Sprad, Recruiterflow) bundles some AI into the base seat price.
  • A 12-month minimum term. Unlike month-to-month tools in this category, Vincere's contracts are reported to run a full year before you can leave, which matters if the fit turns out wrong.
  • No external candidate database. Vincere has no built-in search across a large pool of outside profiles — sourcing beyond your own pipeline runs through separate tools like LinkedIn, Apollo or Lusha, each its own subscription.
  • Onboarding and data migration. Vincere includes an onboarding module in the product, but moving historical candidate and client records from a legacy system still costs real staff hours, regardless of the module.

What 5 and 15 recruiters really pay

A team of 5

Five recruiters on the Core licence come to 5 × £69 = £345/month (£4,140/year, about €4,800). Add the entry-level Smart Pack for AI and automation and the bill becomes £370/month (£4,440/year, about €5,150) — the £25 agency fee barely moves the needle at this size. Step up to Smart Pack Elite for the full automation suite and the same team pays £694/month (£8,328/year, about €9,660).

A team of 15

Fifteen recruiters on Core alone run 15 × £69 = £1,035/month (£12,420/year, about €14,410). With the Smart Pack Base, that's £1,060/month (£12,720/year, about €14,760) — and here the per-agency pricing works in the buyer's favour: the same £25 AI fee that felt heavy for a 5-person team is now spread across three times as many seats. On Smart Pack Elite, the total is £1,384/month (£16,608/year, about €19,270).

Is Vincere worth it?

Vincere's real differentiator against most of this category is payroll and contractor onboarding built into the same platform — a genuinely rare feature among modern ATS/CRM tools, and the reason staffing agencies with temp or contract placements keep it on their shortlist. Capterra reviewers rate it 4.8/5 across 329 reviews with 94% positive sentiment, and category scores for ease of use, value for money, customer service and features all sit around 4.7. G2's larger sample (403 reviews, 4.5/5) tells a more mixed story: alongside praise for an intuitive interface and centralized client communication sit recurring complaints about restrictive contract terms, customer service that doesn't match the marketing, and a UI that Capterra reviewers separately describe as "cluttered" and "prone to bugs."

For a payroll-heavy staffing business already used to a 12-month contract, the price is reasonable relative to Avionté's fully custom quotes. For an agency that doesn't run payroll through its ATS and just wants modern AI search bundled into the seat price, the Smart Pack add-on structure makes Vincere more expensive than it first appears — and still leaves you without an external sourcing database. Sprad charges 59 € per recruiter per month for the ATS and the agency's own talent pool — no separate agency-wide AI surcharge — then bills searches, outreach and interviews by credit, only when they actually happen.A 5-recruiter team pays 295 €/month (3,540 €/year) before any usage; a 15-recruiter team pays 885 €/month (10,620 €/year).On top, a full application review costs about 3 credits (roughly €0.21), an external search across the 1B+ profile network costs 2 credits per profile that passes the check, capped at 100 profiles a run, and every account gets 200 free credits every month, no credit card required.

Unlike Vincere's Smart Pack, there's no separate line item for AI matching — it's part of the core price, and rejected profiles cost nothing.Full numbers: sprad.io/industry/recruitment-agencies.

Two more options worth a look

Recruit CRM undercuts Vincere's all-in minimum at $95–100/user/month billed annually (about €87–92 €), holds a 4.9/5 rating from 475 Capterra reviews — a far larger and more consistent sample than most of this category — but has no built-in payroll and no external candidate database beyond a browser import. Avionté is the closer match on payroll depth: a genuine back-office suite covering W2 processing, billing and margin tracking, built for mid-size to large temp-staffing operations, but pricing is 100% custom and quoted only through sales, with reviewers describing setup as complex and not something a lean team should expect to self-serve.

FAQ

How much does Vincere cost per recruiter?

£69/user/month (about €80) for the Core CRM & ATS licence, plus a mandatory-in-practice Smart Pack starting at £25/month per agency for AI and automation — a real minimum of about £94/month (€109) for one recruiter, as of September 2026.

Does Vincere charge extra for AI features?

Yes. Unlike tools that bundle AI matching into the seat price, Vincere sells it as a separate "Smart Pack," priced per agency (not per seat) from £25 to £349 a month depending on the tier.

Is there a free trial for Vincere?

Vincere doesn't publish a self-serve trial. Access starts through a sales conversation, and reporting points to a 12-month minimum contract term.

What's the cheapest real alternative to Vincere?

Recruit CRM has the lowest published all-in seat price at $95–100/month. Sprad's 59 €/month base plus pay-per-use credits usually ends up cheaper overall for teams that don't run searches or outreach every single day, since AI matching is included rather than a separate line item.

Does Vincere have DACH or German pricing?

No. Vincere prices exclusively in GBP, offers an English-only interface, and doesn't publish DACH-specific terms.

Why is Vincere sometimes called "Access Vincere Evo"?

Vincere rebranded under its parent, the Access Group, in 2026. The product and pricing structure described here are the same platform under the new name.

The bigger question behind the price tag

A seat price only tells half the story once you add an agency-wide AI surcharge on top.Cancel a licence tomorrow, and whatever candidate pool lived inside it typically leaves with the subscription.Sprad's pricing is built around the opposite idea: your network becomes a talent pool that stays with your agency, searchable across more than a billion external profiles in the same workspace as your ATS, screening and outreach, with AI matching included in the seat price — starting with 200 free credits a month and no credit card.
