Zoho Recruit pricing 2026: plans, add-ons and real cost per recruiter

September 18, 2026
By Jürgen Ulbrich

Zoho Recruit's Staffing Agency edition starts at $30 per recruiter per month billed monthly, or $25 on annual billing, rising to $60 ($50 annual) for Professional and $90 ($75 annual) for Enterprise — confirmed on Zoho's own help center, as of September 2026. That sticker price doesn't include the add-ons agencies typically end up needing, and it isn't even the price shown on Zoho's main pricing page, which defaults to the separate Corporate HR edition.

Zoho Recruit's four Staffing Agency plans, in full

Zoho sells four tiers under the Staffing Agency edition, priced per recruiter seat, with roughly a 17% discount for annual billing over monthly.

PlanPrice (annual)Price (monthly)Active jobsWhat's included
Forever Free$0$01Basic ATS, resume parsing, job posting, interview scheduling
Standard$25/user/mo$30/user/mo100Premium job boards, source boosters, career site and chatbot, hiring pipeline, candidate pre-screening, interview feedback forms
Professional$50/user/mo$60/user/mo250Everything in Standard, plus AI candidate matching (Zia), advanced analytics and KPIs, SMS gateway and phone-bridge, AI screening assessments
Enterprise$75/user/mo$90/user/mo750Everything in Professional, plus candidate and client self-service portals, territory management, advanced workflow automation ("Blueprints"), formatted resume templates

Two things worth knowing before you budget around this table. First, Standard comes with a 15-day trial plus a 45-day money-back guarantee, while Professional and Enterprise only offer the 15-day trial. Second, the Staffing Agency numbers above are different from — and cheaper than — Zoho's Corporate HR edition pricing page, which is what most visitors see first; the staffing-specific rates live only in a help-center article, not on the marketing page, so agencies comparing prices online can easily end up looking at the wrong table.

What the plan price doesn't cover

  • Client portals and video interviews aren't free until Enterprise. On Standard or Professional, a client self-service portal runs about $6 per license per month and video interviewing about $12 per license per month, according to a third-party pricing breakdown — for a 5-recruiter Standard team that wants both, that's roughly $90/month, or $1,080/year, on top of the base plan.
  • Extra storage and backups cost per month, not once. The same breakdown lists an additional 5 GB of storage at about $4.60/month and a dedicated data backup service at about $11.50/month — small individually, but recurring line items that don't show up in the headline price.
  • AI matching and analytics sit behind Professional, not Standard. If your agency's whole reason for choosing an AI-labeled ATS is Zia's candidate matching, the entry-level Standard plan won't get you there — that's a mandatory step up to $50/user/month annually.
  • No native external candidate database at any tier. Sourcing runs through premium job boards, a career site and a LinkedIn integration — there's no built-in search across an external candidate pool the way a sourcing-first tool offers.

What 5 and 15 recruiters really pay

A team of 5, on Standard

On annual billing, 5 recruiters × $25 comes to $125/month, or $1,500/year (about €1,380 at current exchange rates). Paying monthly instead costs 5 × $30 = $150/month, or $1,800/year — annual billing saves roughly $300 a year for a team this size. If the agency needs AI matching and moves to Professional, the annual bill becomes 5 × $50 = $250/month, or $3,000/year (about €2,760).

A team of 15, on Standard

The math scales linearly: 15 × $25 = $375/month, or $4,500/year (about €4,140) on annual billing. On Professional, it's 15 × $50 = $750/month, or $9,000/year (about €8,280). None of these figures include the client-portal, video-interview, storage or backup add-ons discussed above, which apply per license regardless of team size.

Is Zoho Recruit worth it?

For a genuinely budget-constrained agency that just needs to post jobs, parse resumes and track a pipeline, Zoho Recruit is hard to beat on pure sticker price — at $25/user/month annually, it's one of the cheapest full ATS/CRM tools on the market, behind only Manatal. Our Zoho Recruit review analysis covers the 1,850 G2 reviews and roughly 1,290 Capterra reviews, where price-to-feature ratio and Zoho ecosystem integrations are recurring strengths.

The complaints repeat in a predictable pattern: a Capterra reviewer described the "steep learning curve...regarding the UI/UX design," and others flag "cluttered" navigation, slow loading on large candidate lists, and a mobile app that needs polish. None of that is disqualifying for a small team on a tight budget, but it does mean Zoho Recruit is an applicant-tracking tool first — sourcing, screening depth and mobile use are all secondary to its actual strength, which is price.

ATS + Talent Pool + Sourcing
Price
€59 per recruiter/month for ATS + talent pool, plus usage credits; 200 credits/month free
Best for
Agencies whose bottleneck is finding candidates outside their own database and building an owned talent pool.
Limits
Client CRM is still lightweight, and sourcing outreach currently runs through LinkedIn rather than email.

On sticker price alone, Zoho Recruit's Standard plan is cheaper than Sprad's €59 per recruiter/month for the ATS and talent pool, plus usage credits. That is the right choice if applicant tracking is genuinely all you need. But Zoho Recruit has no built-in external candidate search: sourcing runs through job boards and a LinkedIn integration, not a searchable database.

The moment an agency adds a real sourcing tool — a shared LinkedIn Recruiter Lite seat runs about 129 €/month with a mandatory one-year commitment — the total stack for a 5-recruiter team on Zoho Professional plus that sourcing seat comes to about 359 €/month, or 4,308 €/year. Sprad's base for the same 5 recruiters is 295 €/month (3,540 €/year), plus usage credits, and includes 200 free credits every month as well as requirement search, an owned talent pool and voice/video screening. A full application review costs about 3 credits (roughly €0.21), and rejected profiles cost nothing; full numbers: sprad.io/industry/recruitment-agencies.

Manatal has the lowest sticker price in the category, but its AI recommendations and reporting draw recurring criticism. Like Zoho, it does not include a native external sourcing database.

Recruit CRM costs more than Zoho, but its review profile is unusually strong on support. Include a separate sourcing tool in the total cost because external profile search is not built in.

FAQ

How much does Zoho Recruit cost per recruiter?

$25/user/month on Standard billed annually ($30/month billed monthly), $50/month on Professional annually, and $75/month on Enterprise annually — as of September 2026, per Zoho's help center.

Is there a free version of Zoho Recruit?

Yes — the Forever Free plan covers one active job posting with basic ATS features and resume parsing, at no cost and with no time limit mentioned on Zoho's plan page.

What's the real difference between Standard and Professional?

AI candidate matching (Zia), advanced analytics and KPIs, SMS gateway/phone-bridge and AI screening assessments all start at Professional — Standard is pipeline and job-board features only.

What hidden costs come with Zoho Recruit?

Client portals (~$6/license/month) and video interviewing (~$12/license/month) are separate add-ons below Enterprise, plus extra storage (~$4.60/month) and data backup (~$11.50/month) — none of these show up in the plan price itself.

What's the cheapest real alternative to Zoho Recruit?

Manatal has the lowest seat price (about €14/month), but it lacks native external sourcing, same as Zoho. Sprad costs €59 per recruiter/month for the ATS and talent pool, plus pay-per-use credits, with 200 credits each month free; that total can be lower once Zoho needs a separate sourcing tool.

Does Zoho Recruit have a German interface for DACH agencies?

Yes — Zoho Recruit supports 24 interface languages including German, according to Zoho's own documentation. There's no separate DACH pricing, though — plans are quoted in USD regardless of region.

The bigger question behind the price tag

A low per-seat price only tells half the story if the tool doesn't do the sourcing work an agency actually needs. Cancel a job-board subscription or a LinkedIn seat tomorrow, and any candidates you found through it are typically gone with the login.

Sprad's pricing is built around the opposite idea: your agency's network becomes a talent pool that stays with you, searchable across more than a billion external profiles in the same workspace as your ATS, screening and outreach. It includes 200 free credits a month; see your team size at sprad.io/industry/recruitment-agencies.
