The only talent pool
that doesn't age.
Every other pool is a graveyard of old CVs. This one belongs to you, gets deeper with every contact, and the people in it keep it current themselves.
Recruiting has two
expensive habits.
You rent reach, forever.
Every role starts at zero. You pay the job boards again and again, often for people who already applied to you once. When the subscription ends, so does the relationship.
You barely know your talent.
Great hiring runs on deep understanding of people. What you have is an old CV, scattered across the ATS, inboxes and spreadsheets. Thin data makes thin matches.
stop renting. Start owning.
One base. Everything in it.
Eight doors in, one rich profile per person. Consent built in, GDPR by design.
and everyone who ever applied
Every touchpoint fills the base.
Applications, referrals, sourcing runs and reviews all land in the same living base.

Ask your base first.
Before you buy reach, ask what you already own. Atlas understands the requirement, not just the keywords, and ranks everyone in your base against it. When the base runs dry, the same search reaches outward to 1B+ public profiles.
It starts with a question, not a filter mask.
Every pool rots.
This one maintains itself.
Three reasons every talent pool dies, and the one change that stops it.
Data goes stale.
Around 65% of CRM data ages out every year. People change jobs, numbers, cities. Your pool never notices.
Nobody maintains it.
Recruiters are hired to fill roles, not to garden a database. So yesterday's applicants become tombstones.
Consent expires.
GDPR consent typically ends after 12 months, and reminder emails go unanswered. The stricter the enforcement, the faster classic pools die.
It works for the
people in it.
Nobody maintains a database for their employer. Everybody maintains their own passport.
Everyone in your base gets an AI agent on their side, around the clock: it polishes their CV, suggests fitting roles and preps them for interviews.
Optionally, Atlas watches public profiles and tells you when a title, an employer or an intention moves. You knock first.
Their profile. Your base.
You own the base. Every passport inside it belongs to the person it describes, released to you item by item and revocable at any time. That single flip is why people share more here than with any employer-owned tool, and why consent lives inside an active relationship instead of quietly expiring twelve months after the application.
Every product feeds
the same base.
Each module makes every other module smarter, because they all read and write the same passport.
Every application is heard and scored. The passport gets its evidence.

Why this base doesn't rot.
| Classic CRMs & pools | Atlas Talent Base | |
|---|---|---|
| Data freshness | Goes stale, refreshed by scraping | Candidates maintain their own passports |
| Consent | Expires after 12 months, reminder emails | Lives in an active relationship, item by item |
| Job-change signal | None, you find out on LinkedIn | Live, candidates flag it themselves |
| Reach | Rented per role, gone when the slot expires | Owned, plus 1B+ public profiles on demand |
| Cost | Per seat, per year | Free, pay only when AI does work |
| Who owns the profile | The employer | The talent, shared with you |
The base is free. Forever.
Not a trial, not a teaser. The base, the search, the candidate portal, unlimited roles and your whole team cost nothing, for as long as you like. You pay only when AI does real work for you: a screening, a voice conversation, a sourcing run.
Questions, answered.
Is free really free?
Yes. The base itself, unlimited roles, the search and the candidate portal cost nothing, with no time limit and no seat count. You spend credits only when Atlas works for you: screening applicants, running a voice interview, sourcing candidates. You see the price before anything runs.
Who owns the data?
You own your base and can export it any time. Each talent stays in control of their own passport: every item is shared by its owner and revocable. That balance is why candidates share more with an Atlas base than with any employer-owned tool.
How does data get in?
Four doors: sync your ATS, let applications arrive through the free candidate portal, drag and drop CVs, folders or old exports, and let sourcing and referrals write straight into the base. Atlas reads and structures everything on arrival.
Does it replace our ATS?
No. It syncs both ways with the ATS you already have. The base is where relationships live between roles, and your ATS keeps running the hiring process.
How does the base stay current?
Two ways. Every talent gets a career agent that keeps their passport fresh because it works for them. And on top, Atlas can watch public profiles and flag changes, so you learn early when someone is open to a move.
Is it GDPR compliant, and what happens when consent is revoked?
Consent is built into the base itself rather than bolted on: talents release their data item by item, see who holds it and can revoke it. A revoked item disappears from your view immediately, while the relationship stays and can be released again later. Hosting is in the EU.
What is the MCP connector?
A standard interface that plugs Claude or ChatGPT straight into your talent data. Ask who fits an open role and your own verified profiles answer, not a job board.
How do we start?
Import your existing pool or invite people with a link. Most teams are live in minutes, and there is nothing to install.
