HeyReach Pricing 2026: What It Costs per Sender, What Is Extra and What to Compare

November 6, 2026
By Jürgen Ulbrich

HeyReach costs $79 per LinkedIn sender per month on the Growth plan, or $63 per sender when billed yearly. Agencies pay $999 per month for 25 senders ($799 yearly), and the Unlimited plan costs $2,999 per month ($2,399 yearly) for up to 300 senders. Teammates and clients are free, there is no permanent free plan, and email is not sent by HeyReach itself (status October 30, 2026, from HeyReach's pricing page).

At a glance
Best for pure LinkedIn outreach with lists you already have: HeyReach Growth — $79 per sender per month, $63 on yearly billing; users are free, email needs a second tool
Best for agencies running 13 or more LinkedIn accounts: HeyReach Agency — $999 per month ($799 yearly) for 25 senders, but you bring your own proxies
Best for teams that also need to find and vet candidates: Sprad — free start, Recruiter Lite $95/seat/month, every profile checked by AI, LinkedIn and email in one inbox
Status October 30, 2026. HeyReach figures from the vendor's pricing page; USD, excluding taxes.

How much does HeyReach cost per month or per year?

HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool, and it charges per connected LinkedIn account (a "sender"), not per user. That is the first thing to understand: five recruiters who each send from their own LinkedIn profile are five senders. Here is the price grid from HeyReach's pricing page:

PlanMonthlyQuarterlyYearlySenders
Growth$79 per senderabout $72 per sender$63 per sender ($759 per year)pay per sender
Agency$999$900$800 ($9,591 per year)25 (a 50-sender tier is also offered)
Unlimited$2,999$2,699$2,399 ($28,790 per year)fair-use cap of 300

Be careful with older articles. Several third-party posts still quote a $59 volume price for Growth or a $1,999 Unlimited plan; the live page shows neither. The page itself is also slightly inconsistent (for example, the quarterly Growth price is shown as $72 per seat but billed at $214 per quarter), so check the figure at checkout.

What is included, and what costs extra?

All plans include unlimited campaigns, every LinkedIn action (connection requests, messages, follow-ups, voice notes, profile views), a unified LinkedIn inbox, API and webhooks, and an MCP server. What the price list does not cover is where budgets usually drift:

  • The LinkedIn side. HeyReach sends messages from accounts you already have. If you also use Sales Navigator to build lists, that is a separate bill. Third-party price reports put Sales Navigator Core near $90 per seat per month on annual billing (about $1,080 per year).
  • Email. HeyReach does not send email natively. Multichannel runs through integrations with Instantly or Smartlead, which are separate subscriptions.
  • Enrichment credits. Growth includes 100 credits per sender as a one-time allocation. Top-ups exist, but the page shows no price.
  • Proxies. Agency and Unlimited require your own proxies, also unpriced. One independent analysis reports that Growth bundles one residential proxy per sender.
  • White-label. One brand is included on Agency; extra brands cost $500 each.
  • Account risk. LinkedIn's User Agreement does not permit third-party automation software, and LinkedIn states that members who use such tools risk having their accounts restricted. That is not on any invoice, but a restricted recruiter account is a real cost.

Is there a free plan or trial?

There is no permanent free plan. The Growth plan offers a 14-day trial without a credit card, limited to three LinkedIn accounts, according to HeyReach's FAQ. A 30-day trial for Agency and Unlimited is available on request, and an early-stage program with a deep discount is open to companies under $250,000 ARR and fewer than five people. For comparison, Sprad's free plan is permanent: 100 credits per month (200 in the first month), no card, web search included. At two credits per displayed profile, that is about 50 qualified profiles a month.

What HeyReach really costs for 5 and for 15 recruiters

These are illustrations with stated assumptions: one LinkedIn account per recruiter, list prices, no taxes, no email tool. Most teams that buy HeyReach also need a way to find people, so the stack matters more than the sticker price.

Setup (yearly billing)5 recruiters15 recruiters
HeyReach Growth, billed monthly$4,740$14,220
HeyReach Growth, billed yearly$3,795$11,385
HeyReach Agency (25 senders), billed yearlynot worth it ($9,591)$9,591, plus your own proxies
HeyReach Growth + Sales Navigator Coreabout $9,190about $27,580
Sprad Recruiter Lite ($95 per seat per month)$5,700$17,100
Sprad Atlas Recruiter ($359 per seat per month)$21,540$64,620 (integrations and onboarding workshop from 3 seats)

Two things stand out. First, Agency beats Growth from the 13th sender: $999 divided by $79 (or $9,591 by $759 on yearly billing) is 12.6, so at 13 accounts the flat pack is cheaper, as long as you can source proxies. Second, HeyReach is clearly the cheapest way to automate LinkedIn messages. It only becomes expensive once you add everything it does not do.

A fair note on Sprad's side: Recruiter Lite includes search, AI vetting and messages you send yourself. Automated LinkedIn and mailbox outreach is a paid add-on there (about $216 per person per month); the first automated account is included in Atlas Recruiter. If outreach automation is your only need and you already hold clean lists, HeyReach is the cheaper tool per seat.

A worked example: cost per conversation

Licence cost is small next to recruiter time. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports a median of $72,910 per year for human resources specialists (May 2024), which is roughly $35 an hour. Now assume, and this is an assumption, not a measurement, that one sender sends 100 connection requests per week, 30% accept, and 20% of those reply. That is about 130 accepted and 26 conversations a month. At $63 per sender, the tool costs about $2.40 per conversation.

The catch is list quality. If only one in three people on your list truly fits the role, the cost per relevant conversation triples to about $7.30, and the recruiter hours spent on the other two thirds cost far more than the tool. From our work with sourcing teams, the usual mistake is to buy outreach capacity first and fix the list later. Check how matches are decided before you scale volume.

What HeyReach does not do, and what to compare

HeyReach sells the sending, not the finding. In practice, lists come from Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, a data tool or a CSV. That is a fine division of labour if you already have a strong search process. The comparison below shows which job each tool covers.

Is HeyReach worth it?

It is worth it when three things are true: you already have a reliable way to build and qualify lists, you run several LinkedIn accounts (agencies, sales-led recruiting teams), and your team accepts the account-restriction risk that comes with any automation tool. It is hard to justify when the real bottleneck is finding the right people, or when you need email and LinkedIn history in one place.

Three mistakes we see when teams price it: they compare per-sender prices with per-user prices, they leave out the list-building tool, and they forget that every extra recruiter is another sender.

Cheaper ways to source: Sprad and fair alternatives

Sprad has built recruiting software for seven years, starting with employee referrals and matching profiles to requirements; its sourcing tool Atlas has been live for about a year. Three reasons it fits teams that need search and outreach together:

  • Better matches, measured. In the recruiting area of the public PeopleSearchBench, Atlas leads with 73.5 of 100, 5.3 points ahead of second place (see note below). Atlas checks every profile individually against your requirements. Instant results usually mean keyword search; the deep check takes a few minutes.
  • LinkedIn and email in one inbox. Outreach runs on both channels, including follow-ups and InMails, with AI templates you can train and a pitch format. The inbox shows the full history per talent and warns about double contact, even across colleagues.
  • A price you can read. Start free, Recruiter Lite $95 per seat per month, flexible credits, and 30 to 80% lower cost than separate LinkedIn and XING licences, depending on what you hold today.

Sprad is built for EU hosting and enterprise security standards, which matters for buyers in Europe and the US alike. Honest limits: no AI call notetaker, no placement reporting, no SMS (WhatsApp instead), the deep search takes minutes, and Atlas Recruiter costs more per seat than some seat tools. Legal checks before you automate outreach (EU and US)

Automation does not remove duties. Under Article 14 GDPR you must inform people whose data you did not collect from them, generally within one month; legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) needs a documented balancing test. Cold email to individuals can also fall under national rules: in Germany, § 7 UWG treats electronic advertising without prior express consent as an unreasonable nuisance, so take advice before mailing candidates at scale. The EU AI Act lists AI systems used to filter or evaluate candidates as high-risk (Annex III). In New York City, Local Law 144 requires a bias audit and candidate notice for automated employment decision tools. Ask every vendor for hosting location and a data processing agreement.
