The best social media recruitment provider in the UK depends on the model you need: Sprad Social Recruiting if you want pre-screened frontline applicants and a talent pool you keep (ad spend plus 10 %, from a €1,000 budget), Candidates Attraction for done-for-you Meta campaigns in warehouse, logistics and hospitality (from £347), and Webrecruit for fixed-fee advertising across many channels (from £199). Dedicated social specialists for frontline roles are rare in the UK, and most providers publish no price at all. All prices as of October 2026.
How we chose: five criteria you can check yourself
Lists of "the top 20 agencies" often mix employer-branding studios, programmatic platforms and agencies that market recruiters to candidates. This list covers one job: paid social ads that fill frontline and shift roles, or the nearest alternatives. We used five criteria:
- Frontline fit: does the provider run Meta ads for roles like warehouse, care, hospitality and logistics?
- Price transparency: is a price public, or only after a sales call?
- Pricing model: flat fee, monthly plan, pay per qualified candidate, or ad spend plus a fee.
- Pre-screening: do you receive every form submission, or candidates filtered against your must-haves?
- Who owns the contacts: your own pool, or the provider's?
Prices come from the providers' own websites and carry the date in the caption. Individual quotes can differ, and we did not test any provider with a paid campaign.

Notice the gap: only two of these providers state a UK-pound price. The rest answer with "contact us".
1. Sprad Social Recruiting: your own talent pool instead of rented reach
Sprad runs job ads on Instagram and Facebook, where care workers, drivers and shift staff spend time every day. An AI talent agent pre-screens every applicant via WhatsApp, phone or web, around the clock. Every applicant lands in your own talent pool: you pay for reach once, and the contacts stay with you. See Sprad Social Recruiting and the talent pool.
First place for three reasons: billing is open (ad spend plus 10 %), pre-screening is part of the product, and your next hire does not need new reach because the pool already exists. Fair caveat: Sprad prices in euros, and today it covers Instagram and Facebook; Google and TikTok are still to follow. If you want a full creative studio and hands-on campaign management, a managed UK agency does more of that work for you.
2. Candidates Attraction: managed Meta campaigns for volume hiring
Candidates Attraction, with an office in London, builds and runs Facebook, Instagram and TikTok campaigns for high-volume roles. It says it delivers first applications within 48 hours and reports an average 60 % lower cost per application than job boards; that figure is the provider's own claim and does not name a baseline. The pricing is unusually clear: a one-off 7-day campaign without a contract, or a monthly plan with a 3-month minimum.
3. Webrecruit: fixed-fee advertising across many channels
Webrecruit plans and buys recruitment advertising for you: more than 500 media partners including job boards and social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat, from £199 per campaign and with no agency percentage. It reports 200,000 campaigns delivered. It suits employers, especially in the public sector and charities, who want a predictable bill. It is a media buyer rather than a Meta specialist, and it does not describe pre-screening of applicants.
4. Wonderkind: pay per qualified applicant
Wonderkind from the Netherlands combines social ads on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat with an AI agent that screens candidates and delivers interview-ready people to your ATS. Billing is a fixed price per qualified applicant. That shifts risk to the provider, but "qualified" is defined by the contract, so read it closely. The site names no UK office.
5. Radancy: enterprise platform
Radancy markets an AI talent acquisition platform with sourcing, screening and media optimisation, and claims a 30 % lower cost per hire and a 25 % faster time to hire. Prices are not public. It fits large programmes with many channels; for a few frontline roles it is more than you need.
6. Appcast: programmatic job advertising
Appcast optimises where job ads run and what they cost, using hiring data. It is built around job boards and aggregators, not around Instagram. If most of your applicants already come from boards and you want to spend less per click, it is a relevant tool; if you want to reach people who are not searching, it is the wrong category.
Worth knowing: Boostpoint is US and Canada only
Boostpoint is the best-known frontline Meta specialist and publishes the most open data, but it serves the United States and Canada, not the UK. Its 2026 benchmark (median $13.88 per applicant) is still useful as a yardstick for what Meta campaigns for hourly roles can cost. Keep the definition in mind: an applicant is a form submission, not a hire.

Questions to ask any provider
- Is the ad budget included in the price, or billed on top?
- What is the minimum term, and what happens when I stop?
- What counts as an applicant, and what counts as qualified?
- Do the applicants end up in my system, and can I contact them again later?
- Which channels are live today, and which are planned?
FAQ
What is the best social media recruitment agency in the UK?
There is no single best. For frontline roles with a talent pool you keep, Sprad Social Recruiting; for done-for-you Meta campaigns in the UK, Candidates Attraction; for fixed-fee multi-channel advertising, Webrecruit.
How much does social media recruitment cost in the UK?
Published entry prices are £199 per campaign (Webrecruit) and £347 for a 7-day campaign with ad budget included (Candidates Attraction), or £719 a month plus ad budget on a 3-month plan. Many providers give a price only on request.
Is Facebook or Instagram better for recruiting frontline staff?
Both belong to Meta and run from the same campaign. Most providers in this list place ads on both and let the system choose the placement.
Do these providers pre-screen applicants?
Wonderkind and Sprad describe a screening step before delivery; Candidates Attraction offers branded apply forms with screening questions. Webrecruit describes a response-management tool, not pre-screening. Ask for details before you sign.
Can I use a provider from another country?
Yes, if ads are targeted to your UK region and billing, data processing and support fit your needs. Ask where the data is processed and who your contact person is.
