Zvoove pricing 2026: plans, add-ons and real cost per recruiter

October 11, 2026
By Jürgen Ulbrich

Zvoove does not publish prices anywhere on its site. The three plans — Basic, Professional and Professional Plus — are all sold "on request," and third-party estimates put the real cost between roughly €500 and €2,000+ per month depending on company size and how many modules (Recruit, Staffing, Payroll) you license, as of September 2026. That range is not confirmed by zvoove itself, so treat it as a starting point for a sales conversation, not a quote.

At a glance

Zvoove groups its cloud ERP for staffing agencies into three named tiers, but none of them come with a listed price.

PlanPriceWhat's typically included
BasicOn requestCore applicant management (zvoove Recruit): job posting, multiposting, CV parsing, talent pool
ProfessionalOn requestBasic, plus payroll functions (zvoove Payroll): automated pay runs, collective-agreement calculation, AÜG compliance checks
Professional PlusOn requestProfessional, plus disposition (zvoove Staffing), add-on modules and the zAIn AI assistant

Every tier requires a sales call. There is no self-serve signup, no published seat price and no free trial listed anywhere on zvoove.de or zvoove.com as of September 2026.

What the missing price tag usually hides

  • Company size drives the quote. Zvoove serves agencies from small staffing shops to firms with hundreds of temporary employees, and the modular structure means the bill scales with both permanent staff seats and how many temp workers you run through payroll.
  • Migration effort. Zvoove itself grew out of a 2021 merger of four brands (Landwehr, prosoft, BackOffice, rhb) into one platform. Existing customers were migrated across systems during that transition, and a one-star OMR review from that period describes "considerable price increases, in some cases threefold" after the merger — a single account, but a documented one worth asking about directly in any new quote.
  • Support responsiveness varies by report. The same OMR review describes the legal and accounting departments as hard to reach and complains that terminations went unprocessed. Capterra shows a single five-star review with above-average function and price-performance scores of only 3.0/5 each — again, one data point, but consistent in tone with the concern about cost creep.
  • zAIn is labelled experimental. Zvoove's own AI agent for process automation is not positioned as a mature, load-bearing feature yet — budget it as a nice-to-have, not a reason to pick a tier.

What a small and a mid-size agency might actually pay

A small staffing agency (10–20 temp workers on payroll)

Third-party pricing aggregators researching the category put entry-level staffing ERP costs in the €200–500/month range for the smallest agencies, rising toward zvoove's estimated €500+ floor once payroll and AÜG compliance modules are added. There is no public confirmation of where zvoove itself sits within that band for a company this size — you would need a quote.

A mid-size agency (100+ temp workers, multiple branches)

The same third-party estimate for zvoove tops out above €2,000/month at this scale, once Professional Plus, multi-branch disposition and the full payroll/DATEV integration are licensed. Agencies this size are also the ones most likely to need the deep AÜG deadline tracking and tariff logic that make zvoove the de facto standard in DACH staffing — the cost reflects real, hard-to-replicate depth, not just brand premium.

Get an exact number: because none of this is published, request a quote directly and ask specifically about per-seat cost, temp-worker payroll fees and whether AI features (zAIn) are billed separately.

Is zvoove worth it?

For a German, Austrian or Swiss staffing agency that needs AÜG compliance, collective-agreement payroll and disposition in one system, zvoove is the closest thing the market has to a standard — more than 100,000 users run on it, and no competitor documented in this research combines AÜG depth, disposition and payroll at the same level. That depth is exactly why it isn't cheap or simple: the feature set assumes a back-office team that needs Bewerbermanagement, Disposition and Lohnabrechnung to talk to each other in real time.

Where it gets weaker is anything upstream of the back office. Zvoove has no integration with external, public talent databases and no active-sourcing tooling — it manages the people already in your pipeline, it doesn't help you find more of them. If sourcing volume and speed-to-shortlist are the actual bottleneck, zvoove's price buys AÜG and payroll depth, not more candidates.

A cheaper way to close the sourcing gap

Sprad: an addition to zvoove, not a replacement for it

Sprad
ATS + Talent Pool + Sourcing
Price
59 € per recruiter/month + usage credits, 200 free credits/month (as of September 2026)
Best for
Recruitment agencies of any size that want sourcing, screening and CRM in one ATS, without annual lock-in.
Limits
The client-context module is thin (no full sales CRM with deal stages), and candidate outreach today runs over LinkedIn only, not email.

Sprad is not a payroll or AÜG system and doesn't try to be — it's built for the part of the job zvoove leaves untouched: finding and pre-qualifying candidates before they enter your ERP. The ATS and talent pool cost 59 € per recruiter per month, and everything above that runs on credits, at 6–8 cents each, with 200 free every month and no credit card required. A requirement search across the external database costs 2 credits per profile that actually passes your criteria — candidates that don't qualify cost nothing. A full CV review is 3 credits (about 21 cents), and a 5-minute voice pre-screen — checking availability, commute radius, shift preference and pay expectations before a temp worker ever gets a slot — runs 30 credits (about €2.10). For an agency running high volumes of Zeitarbeit candidates, that voice check alone can filter out a lot of dead-end phone calls before disposition even starts. Best for: staffing agencies that keep zvoove (or another ERP) for payroll and AÜG but want faster, cheaper sourcing and pre-screening feeding into it. Limits: no payroll, no AÜG deadline tracking, no disposition — that part of the job still needs zvoove or a peer.

Two more staffing-ERP options if you're replacing zvoove outright

TIME JOB (by GEDAT) is a DACH-focused ERP built specifically around staffing disposition, time tracking and payroll, with the same "quote only" pricing pattern as zvoove. Compana is a smaller, DACH-based alternative covering disposition, payroll and compliance for staffing back offices — again, no public price list. Neither publishes numbers that let you compare directly; both are worth a demo if you specifically want an alternative to zvoove's core ERP, not just its sourcing gap.

FAQ

How much does zvoove cost per month?

Zvoove doesn't publish a price. Third-party estimates (not confirmed by zvoove) put the range at roughly €500–2,000+/month depending on company size and modules, as of September 2026.

Does zvoove charge per recruiter or per seat?

Not publicly documented. Pricing is quoted individually per company, and the modular structure (Recruit, Staffing, Payroll) suggests the bill depends on user seats plus the number of temp workers processed through payroll, but zvoove does not confirm a per-seat model.

Is there a free trial for zvoove?

No self-serve trial is listed on zvoove.de or zvoove.com. Access starts with a sales conversation.

What's the cheapest way to add sourcing on top of zvoove?

Sprad starts at 59 €/recruiter/month with 200 free credits monthly, and only charges 2 credits for a sourced profile that actually passes your requirement check — nothing for the ones that don't.

Do I need zvoove if I'm not doing Arbeitnehmerüberlassung?

Probably not. Zvoove is built around AÜG compliance and temp-worker payroll; a permanent-placement agency or in-house recruiting team is generally better served by a standard ATS like Coveto and a sourcing tool on top.

The bigger picture

Every euro zvoove charges buys AÜG depth and payroll automation most competitors can't match in DACH. What it can't buy is more candidates in the pipeline — that's a separate problem with a separate, usage-based price. Sprad's requirement search reads full profiles against your criteria instead of counting keywords, screens candidates by voice in 12 languages before they take a disposition slot, and starts with 200 free credits a month, no card required. See what that looks like for your agency at sprad.io/industry/recruitment-agencies.
