The best recruitment marketing agency for high-volume hiring is the one whose model matches your roles. Sprad Social Recruiting fits frontline roles where you want pre-screened applicants and a talent pool you own (ad spend plus 10 %, from €1,000). Wonderkind suits multi-market programs with AI agents, Boostpoint US and Canadian frontline hiring, Candidates Attraction UK warehouse and logistics hiring, and Joveo, Radancy, Appcast and Talroo large programs across job boards. All prices as of October 2026.
What a recruitment marketing agency does
A recruitment marketing agency attracts, nurtures and engages candidates on behalf of an employer. The usual services are employer branding, media planning, job ad distribution, creative and analytics. Two things are often confused with it: staffing agencies (which place people and charge a fee per hire) and marketing recruiters (which fill marketing jobs). Many "best agency" lists mix all three. This list covers only providers that buy ads to reach candidates for high-volume roles.
How we chose: five criteria you can check
- Model: managed social ads, programmatic platform, or a mix.
- Price transparency: is there a published entry price, or only a sales call?
- Frontline fit: hourly, shift and trade roles, not only office jobs.
- What happens after the click: mobile application, screening, follow-up.
- Who keeps the contacts: your own pool or the provider's.
We read each provider's website, price information and public reviews (G2 and Capterra, as of October 2026). We mark thin reviews, since vendors often solicit them.

1. Sprad Social Recruiting: frontline roles with an owned talent pool
Sprad runs the ads on Instagram and Facebook and puts an AI talent agent behind them that answers applicants by WhatsApp, phone or web and checks your must-have criteria before a human spends time. Every applicant goes into your own talent pool, so the second role does not mean buying reach again. It is the only provider here that bills ad spend plus a flat 10 %. It is not an enterprise programmatic tool and has no ad network of its own. See the Sprad Social Recruiting page.
2. Wonderkind: AI agents from ad to ATS
Wonderkind, founded in the Netherlands in 2016, splits the job into three AI agents: Attract (Meta, TikTok and Snapchat campaigns), Qualify (mobile application with knockout questions) and Deliver (interview-ready profiles into your ATS). According to its website it integrates with more than 100 ATS systems, including Workday, Greenhouse and Personio. Campaigns can be steered to cost per click, per lead or per qualified applicant.
3. Boostpoint: the open benchmark for US frontline hiring
Boostpoint, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, turns each open role into a Facebook and Instagram ad and texts applicants right after they apply. Its 2026 benchmark of 891 campaigns (median $13.88 per applicant, updated 30 September 2026) is one of the few public cost datasets in this market.
4. Candidates Attraction: fast Meta and TikTok campaigns in the UK
This London-based provider promises campaigns live within 24 hours and applications within 48 hours, with a mobile application that takes about 60 seconds. Its entry prices are rare for an agency: at the minimum daily budget of £8, three months on the monthly plan cost about £2,900 (3 × £719 plus 90 × £8). The minimum budget buys little reach, so plan more for real volume. Its claim of 60 % lower cost per application than job boards is a vendor claim without a documented method.
5. Joveo: programmatic platform with AI add-ons
Joveo describes itself as an agentic recruiting platform: programmatic job advertising, AI career sites, a chatbot, an AI interviewer and analytics. It lists Uber, Honeywell, Wells Fargo and Randstad as customers. Its strength is breadth for large programs. If you mainly want Instagram and Facebook ads for nurses or tradespeople, a specialist fits better.
6. Radancy: platform and services for large programs
Radancy grew out of TMP Worldwide's recruitment advertising arm and is based in New York. It bundles programmatic ads, a candidate CRM, employer branding and career sites. The package suits corporations that want ads, career site and talent community from one source, at the price of dependence and a longer rollout.
7. Appcast: job-board programmatic, owned by StepStone
Appcast, based in Lebanon, New Hampshire, says more than 2,000 customers use its technology. It has been majority-owned by StepStone (Axel Springer) since July 2019 and bought the agency Bayard Advertising in July 2023. It also runs managed campaigns and works best where candidates actively search on job boards.
8. Talroo: pay-for-performance for hourly roles
Talroo, based in Austin, Texas, runs a job discovery network and charges per click or application. More than 1,000 companies use it, including FedEx, UPS and Target according to its website. Its SmartQualify tool screens applicants with AI. The model limits the risk of paying for reach that brings no applications, but budgets are hard to plan without public prices.
Also worth a look
We did not profile these because we could not verify enough detail or capture a clean page: Recruitics (New York, programmatic, 400+ enterprise organizations per its website, strong in healthcare, retail and hospitality), TMP Worldwide (global recruitment marketing agency), HireClix (Gloucester, Massachusetts, agency with retail and consumer clients) and Shaker (full-service agency). We found no public prices for any of them.
How to choose

- Few roles, one region, frontline: a managed social specialist such as Sprad, Boostpoint (US) or Candidates Attraction (UK).
- Hundreds of roles across many sites and boards: a programmatic platform such as Joveo, Radancy or Appcast.
- Several markets and an ATS you want to feed: Wonderkind.
- Mixed plan: combine a programmatic base with a social specialist for the roles boards do not fill.

Why we put Sprad first
Sprad Social Recruiting runs job ads on Instagram and Facebook, where nurses, tradespeople, drivers and other frontline workers spend time every day. An AI talent agent pre-screens every applicant via WhatsApp, phone or web. Every applicant lands in the employer's own talent pool, so the relationships stay with the employer instead of a platform. Pricing is ad spend plus 10 %, from a €1,000 budget that can be split across roles. We rank it first for frontline hiring because of pre-screening and pool ownership; for enterprise programmatic needs, the platforms above are the better fit. FAQ
What is a recruitment marketing agency?
It attracts and engages candidates for an employer through employer branding, media planning, job ads and analytics. Unlike a staffing agency, it does not place people and usually does not charge per hire.
How much does a recruitment marketing agency cost?
It depends on the model. Published entry points include £347 for a 7-day campaign (Candidates Attraction), a recommended $750 per month and job category (Boostpoint) and ad spend plus 10 % from €1,000 (Sprad). Enterprise platforms quote individually.
What is the difference between a recruitment marketing agency and programmatic job advertising?
An agency plans and runs campaigns for you. Programmatic advertising is a technology that automatically buys job ad placements. Many providers offer both.
Which agency is best for high-volume hourly hiring?
For social ads, specialists such as Sprad, Boostpoint and Candidates Attraction. For large programs across job boards, Joveo, Radancy, Appcast and Talroo. Match the model to where your candidates are.
Do I own the applicants an agency finds?
Not always. Some platforms keep applicants in their own pool. Ask whether applicants land in your own talent pool and what happens to them when the contract ends.
Is a recruitment marketing agency worth it for small teams?
Yes, if you hire the same roles repeatedly and cannot cover the creative, ad setup and follow-up yourself. Look for published entry prices and a short minimum term.
