The best social media recruiting agency in Germany is the one whose model fits your role: Sprad Social Recruiting for frontline roles with a talent pool you own (ad spend plus 10 %, from €1,000), TalentBait for channel mix and reporting (from €700 per campaign), Glow Careers for trades and industry with a results guarantee. Fixed-fee agencies sit around €5,000 per position, success-based providers at 14 to 22 % of annual salary. All prices as of October 2026.
How we chose: five criteria you can check yourself
We compared nine providers that serve German employers. Lists that promise "31 agencies" without naming a single one do not help you choose. Names, prices and limits are listed here.
- Pricing model: flat fee per role, retainer, commission, pay per lead, or ad spend plus a fee.
- Price transparency: is the price public, or only after a sales call?
- Pre-screening: do you get every application unfiltered, or only those meeting your must-have criteria?
- Who owns the contacts: your own pool, or the provider's?
- Industry focus: care, trades, logistics, industry, or mixed.
Pricing models compared
A German guide on drweb.de puts agency setup at €1,000 to €3,000, retainers at €1,000 to €3,500 per month and media budgets at €500 to €1,500. Success-based offers are quoted at €50 to €300 per application. The table shows what the providers publish themselves.
| Provider | Model | Price (October 2026) | Industry focus | Base |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| HeyJobs | Package per role | HIRE from €400/month, minimum budget €1,200 | cross-industry | Berlin |
| Glow Careers | Agency with guarantee | on request | trades, industry | Cham (CH) |
| FachkräfteRecruiting | Pay per qualified lead | on request | trades, construction, care | Berlin |

Notably, Glow Careers, FachkräfteRecruiting and jobtastic give numbers only after a consultation. Sprad bills openly: ad spend plus 10 %.
1. Sprad Social Recruiting: your own talent pool instead of rented reach
Sprad runs job ads on Instagram and Facebook, where nurses, tradespeople and drivers spend time every day. An AI talent agent pre-screens every applicant via WhatsApp, phone or web, around the clock. Every applicant lands in the employer's own talent pool: you pay for reach once, the contacts stay with you. See Sprad Social Recruiting and the talent pool.
First place for three reasons: billing is open, pre-screening is part of the product, and the next hire costs no new reach because the pool already exists. Fair caveat: if you want video production, creative concept and full-service management, classic agencies do more hands-on work. And Google and TikTok are still to follow; today it is Instagram and Facebook.
2. TalentBait: channel mix with results per channel
TalentBait, based in Hamburg, runs one role across up to 15 channels and shows which channel each application came from. Applying takes about 60 seconds per the provider, and a pre-filter sorts the applications. The entry price is public, which is rare in this market. For several roles at once, multiply the per-campaign price.
3. HeyJobs: fixed package and a large pool
HeyJobs sells packages, not budgets. HIRE starts at €400 per role and month, and the €1,200 minimum budget equals the recommended three months. Reviews on applicant quality are mixed. If you hire repeatedly, mind the pool ownership: the candidates stay with HeyJobs.
4. Glow Careers: a guarantee for trades and industry
Glow Careers in Cham (Switzerland) says it serves more than 900 businesses and works with a results guarantee: qualified applicants, or the work continues free of charge. Two processes are TÜV-audited to ISO 9001. The agency publishes no prices; the entry point is a free intro call.
5. FachkräfteRecruiting: you pay for qualified applications
The social recruiting unit of dot·gruppe in Berlin advertises pay per qualified lead: zero euros for zero results. Its site lists "30+ pre-qualified applications per month and position" as current campaign performance. Check in the contract who defines "qualified".
6. Social Natives: full service at a fixed price
Social Natives says it has served more than 400 clients, mostly German industrial mid-size firms. The €5,000 price per position is public; further positions from the same pool cost €3,000. For a single urgent role this is a lot; for several positions the model can be predictable.
7. jobtastic: agency with WhatsApp applications
jobtastic has worked with more than 1,000 clients since 2018 and relies heavily on applying via WhatsApp. Prices are individual. For the legal side of contacting candidates, read our guide on contacting candidates via WhatsApp (in German).
8. Workwise: you pay when you hire
Workwise bills on success: 14, 18 or 22 % of the gross annual salary. At a salary of €36,000 that is €5,040 to €7,920. The risk sits with the provider, but for higher salaries it costs more than an ad budget.
9. Wonderkind: social ads for enterprise teams
Wonderkind from the Netherlands combines social ads with AI agents for outreach and screening. Via a German reseller, campaigns start at €1,000 per month. Media costs are not shown transparently, so comparing prices is hard.

FAQ
What does a social recruiting agency cost in Germany?

Agency or platform?
An agency pays off if you want to hand over concept, video and management. A platform with ad spend plus a fee pays off if you fill several roles and want to reuse the contacts.
How fast do the first applications arrive?
Providers quote a few days to the first live campaign. No serious provider guarantees applicant numbers. Plan three months as a test period.
