HeyJobs costs from €400 per job and month for the HIRE package, with a minimum budget of €1,200, which equals the recommended three months. REACH, for 10 or more open roles, is listed at under €150 per job. FULL FLEX and the AI interview add-on HeyMadita have no public price. All figures are the listed prices as of 3 October 2026, individual quotes depend on role, region and goal.
HeyJobs packages and prices in 2026
HeyJobs is a German performance-recruiting platform. You do not buy a single job ad, you buy a budget that HeyJobs distributes across its channels. The current pricing page shows three packages and one add-on.
| Package | Listed price | Condition | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| HIRE | from €400 per job and month | from 1 role, minimum budget €1,200 | one urgent vacancy, focused budget |
| REACH | under €150 per job | from 10 roles | bundles, budget distributed automatically across roles |
| FULL FLEX | not published | all roles | whole career page, flexible budget, shorter minimum terms |
| HeyMadita (add-on) | not published | bookable with any package | AI first interviews |
HeyJobs recommends a run time of three months so the algorithm can optimise the budget. The pricing page headline reads "from €400 instead of €1,200" and is labelled as an offer for new customers. What renewals cost is not stated.
Price history: why you find different numbers online
Search for HeyJobs prices and you get €400, €700, €900 and €2,000. They are not mistakes, they are different snapshots and packages. Because the pricing page is currently in a relaunch, older articles are often outdated.
| Source | Date | What it lists |
|---|---|---|
| Review by a job-ad reseller | November 2024 | HIRE Smart from €400, REACH from €2,000 per month (30+ jobs) |
| OMR Reviews | retrieved 30 September 2026 | single job €400, nationwide €900, REACH from €1,500 per month |
| Capterra | retrieved 3 October 2026 | from €700 per month, zero user reviews |
| HeyJobs pricing page | 3 October 2026 | HIRE from €400, minimum budget €1,200, REACH under €150 per job from 10 roles |
The pattern: the entry price of €400 stayed stable, the REACH threshold dropped from 30 to 10 roles, and the minimum budget is now stated openly. If a quote you receive is far above these numbers, ask what is included.

What HeyJobs really costs: worked examples
These examples only use listed prices and assume the base price applies. Your quote can differ.
One role, three months
HIRE: 3 months × €400 = €1,200, which is exactly the minimum budget. A shorter run than three months is not what the package is built for. With Sprad Social Recruiting, a single role starts at a €1,000 ad budget plus 10 %, so €1,100. Both numbers buy different things: a managed package on one side, your own ad budget and a pre-screening Talent Agent on the other.
Five roles, three months
HIRE is priced per role: 5 × €1,200 = €6,000. REACH is not available because it starts at 10 roles. With Sprad, the budget is split across roles instead of being priced per role. A €3,000 budget for five roles costs €3,300 including the 10 %. Whether five roles need €3,000 depends on region and profession, which is why Sprad gives a budget recommendation as guidance and not as a promise.
Ten roles and more
REACH at "under €150 per job" would stay below €1,500 for ten roles if the price is per month, which fits the €1,500 that OMR lists. The pricing page does not state the unit, so ask for it in writing.
Hidden costs and open questions
A package price is only comparable once you know what sits behind it. Ask these six questions before you sign.
- Is the package price the media budget or does it include HeyJobs' fee? The public pages do not say how much of the €400 reaches the channels.
- What do renewals cost? The headline price is marked as exclusive for new customers.
- Is "per month" tied to a contract term? Three months are recommended, the contractual minimum is not published.
- Per role or per bundle? HIRE is per role, so every additional vacancy repeats the minimum budget.
- Who owns the applicants? HeyJobs states a pool of more than 4.5 million registered candidates. It belongs to the platform. If you stop, you keep the applications you received, not the reach you paid for.
- Is pre-screening included? HeyAssessment and HeyMadita are product names on the page, the add-on prices are not published.
Is HeyJobs worth the price?
The reviews are consistent. Support and onboarding are praised, application quality is the weak spot. On jobboersencheck, HeyJobs has 5.56 out of 7 from 633 ratings as of 30 September 2026, but only 4.41 out of 7 for application quality; employers report applicants who skip screening questions and ghost afterwards. OMR Reviews shows 3.5 out of 5 from just three reviews, with comments about little flexibility in channel choice. Trustpilot scores are mostly written by job seekers, so they say little about the employer side.
HeyJobs is a sensible choice if you have one or a few urgent roles, want a managed service and do not mind that the pool stays with the platform. It is harder to justify if you hire continuously for frontline roles, where the cost lies in unqualified applicants and in buying the same reach again for every vacancy.

Cheaper and more flexible ways to pay for reach
Three alternatives fit different situations.
- Job boards: a single listing is simple and has a clear price, see our guide to StepStone costs and the StepStone alternatives. Passive frontline workers rarely open a job board, though.
- Agencies: flat fees per position are common and reach five-digit sums for several roles.
- Sprad Social Recruiting: pay the ad budget plus 10 %, from a €1,000 budget that you can split across roles.
The Sprad approach: your own pool instead of rented reach
Sprad Social Recruiting runs job ads on Instagram and Facebook, where nurses, tradespeople, drivers and other frontline workers spend time every day. An AI talent agent pre-screens every applicant via WhatsApp, phone or web. Every applicant lands in your own talent pool, so the relationships stay with you instead of a platform. Pricing is ad spend plus 10 %, from a €1,000 budget that can be split across roles, see Sprad Social Recruiting and pricing. Google and TikTok follow, today Instagram and Facebook are live.
